REMAINING MONIFI RELATIONSHIPS HAVE BEEN TRANSITIONED TO THE MIDFIRST BANK BRAND AS OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2022.

Transition to MidFirst Bank

Orange Debit Cards branded with the Monifi logo will continue to function as usual during and after the transition to MidFirst Bank Online Banking. While the Monifi brand has been discontinued, your accounts have always been held by MidFirst, and will continue under the MidFirst Bank brand.

Your new daily ATM and cash withdrawal limits are $1,020. Your new daily Point-Of-Sale purchase limit is $5,000.

The routing number and account number for each Monifi Relationship Account (Save & Spend) will remain the same.

Checks branded with the Monifi logo with your account number and routing number will continue to work through and after the transition to MidFirst Bank Online Banking. While the Monifi brand has been discontinued, your accounts have always been held by MidFirst, and will continue under the MidFirst Bank brand.

You do not need to make any changes regarding your direct deposit; your direct deposit will continue to post to your designated account since you are retaining your Monifi account and routing numbers.

Because the Monifi brand has been discontinued and your Monifi Relationship Accounts have been transitioned to the MidFirst Bank online and mobile banking platforms, your existing Monifi online banking access have been terminated. MidFirst Bank offers online and mobile banking for your convenience.

When you transition your Monifi Relationship Accounts to the MidFirst Bank technology platforms, your existing linked External Accounts will be deleted. You may re-establish your External Accounts when you enroll in MidFirst Online Banking.

When you transition to MidFirst Bank Online Banking, your existing Monifi Bill Pay Service will be deleted. You can enroll in the MidFirst Bank Bill Pay Service once you enroll in MidFirst Bank Online Banking. Once enrolled, you will need to re-establish your Payees.

When you transition to MidFirst Bank Online Banking, your existing Zelle access will be terminated. MidFirst Bank offers Zelle as an available service through its mobile app once you have enrolled in MidFirst Bank Online Banking.

When you transition to MidFirst Bank Online Banking, your existing Zelle access will be terminated, including contacts you may have established. You will need to re-enroll in Zelle and re-establish your Zelle contacts.

You will be able to review your previous statements by enrolling in eStatements in MidFirst Bank Online Banking.

Yes, any POD beneficiary information will remain effective since your Monifi Relationship Account numbers and routing number will remain the same.

As a MidFirst Bank customer, your daily external transfer limit will increase from $10,000 per day to $25,000 per day and per transaction and $100,000 per calendar month.

As a MidFirst Bank customer, your standard mobile deposit limit will be $7,500 per check/per day and $15,000 per calendar month.

As a MidFirst Bank customer, your daily Bill Pay limit is  $25,000 per Business Day.

You will continue to earn interest on your total Save Balance as you do today.

If you previously signed up for Balance Protect, the service will remain without change. In addition, MidFirst Bank offers an account-linking option, called Overdraft Protect, which allows you to link an eligible account to cover transactions that may cause an overdraft on your account. Overdraft Protect transfers are subject to a $12.50 daily fee. For more information on Overdraft Protect, please see your MidFirst Bank Account Agreement and Disclosure.

MidFirst Bank also offers an optional overdraft service, Overdraft Privilege, which authorizes MidFirst Bank to pay everyday debit card transactions that overdraw your account and to assess a Paid Overdraft Fee for such transactions.
